I can't believe what a big boy Caleb is getting to be! He has gone to nursery twice already and, while he's cried a fair amount, he's doing pretty well and I think he's starting to have fun. He's been very helpful around the house, helping clean up his toys and even getting plastic bags and trying to put them in the garbage for us. He's still not really talking much, but he's starting to call Cameron Dada instead of Mamamama (I'm just Mama, and Cameron has been maMAmama), and I swear he tried to say bonjour yesterday! He's certainly understanding a lot, in French and in English, and getting to be such a big boy.

Yesterday was a big day for him. His hair had been getting pretty shaggy in some areas, and so we finally broke down and Cameron cut his hair!!! He did pretty well - we put him in the bath, and then Cameron just used the scissors. He cried a little, but mostly was very patient and didn't move too much. It looks much better, especially in the back where it was looking very long. It's sure fun to see him growing up so much!!!!
I really think Caleb looks like a little red-headed version of you! He's so cute with his chubby pink cheeks-- that must have been what that one woman was looking at when she pointed at you and said, "Campbell's Soup! Campbell's Soup!"

I can't believe how big he is getting :) and, the haircut looks great :)
Good thing trimming Caleb's lovely, fiery locks didn't diminish his handsomeness whatsoever (of course, it wouldn't!). Cameron did a great job!
i'm totally dreading that first haircut! it really does seem like some sort of line that i'm just not ready to cross yet!
